Hi, I'm Lindsay (she/her). I'm a Psychotherapist (qualifying), with a passion for helping people who feel too "spicy" for this world.

 

As a queer, and neurodivergent individual, I understand how it feels to be an outsider. Therapy is most effective when a client feels safe, connected, and affirmed by their counsellor. I show up authentically to help clients build this connection. This authenticity led me to gain my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, and my 95hr Trauma Focused Yoga training. I believe in using the body to build deep healing in therapy. 

 

With ten years of experience in the helping field, I have worked with many individuals from diverse backgrounds. I understand the challenges my clients face, and use evidence-based techniques to encourage their growth. Together we can unravel the overwhelming thoughts you're experiencing.

How does
it work?

Step 1: Consultation Call

Book a free 15-minute consultation call with me to talk about your therapy goals. While this is a scary step, it is the first to find your healing. Together we will compassionately explore your concerns, with a healthy dose of humour along the way!

Step 2: Individual Therapy Sessions

During our 50-minute sessions we will explore your mental health concerns. Our sessions will balance deep personal exploration with humour, and creative solutions. Together we can create a safe space for you to pause, take a breath, and move forward with clarity.

I offer sliding scale fees to ensure equal access to affordable therapy for all my clients. A 50-minute session varies from $85 - $115 dollars per hour +HST.
