Hi, I’m Lindsay (she/her), a Psychotherapist (qualifying) offering in-person therapy in Collingwood, Ontario and virtual sessions across Ontario. If you’ve ever felt too sensitive, too intense, too emotional, too “spicy” for this world — you’re not too much. You’re likely carrying a nervous system that’s been overwhelmed for a long time.

As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, you don’t have to explain what it’s like to feel different, misunderstood, or on the outside. You get a space where you’re affirmed, respected, and welcomed exactly as you are. When you feel safe and connected, therapy actually works — and that’s what we build together.

With 10 years in the helping field, you benefit from experience in evidence-based approaches and real-world understanding. You won’t just talk in circles. You’ll gently untangle the racing thoughts, quiet the overwhelm, and learn tools that help you feel more steady and more yourself. You don’t have to shrink who you are to fit into the world.

How does it work?
Step 1: Consultation Call
Book a free 15-minute consultation call with me to talk about your therapy goals. While this is a scary step, it is the first to find your healing. Together we will compassionately explore your concerns, with a healthy dose of humour along the way!
Step 2: Individual Therapy Sessions
During our 50-minute sessions we will explore your mental health concerns. Our sessions will balance deep personal exploration with humour, and creative solutions. Together we can create a safe space for you to pause, take a breath, and move forward with clarity.

I offer sliding scale fees to ensure equal access to affordable therapy for all my clients. A 50-minute session is $140 dollars per hour.
